Dr. Irfan Jan is a professional geoscientist, consultant, entrepreneur, business strategist, and mentor. He holds a PhD degree from the United Kingdom and has completed postdoctoral fellowships in Austria and Canada.
Currently settled in Canada, he works extensively as a mentor for young Pakistani professionals and has mentored more than five PhD scholars and over twenty MS Geology graduates.
His passion for entrepreneurship is reflected in his involvement in several businesses across North America, including pizza retail ventures, daycare centers, and e-commerce marketplaces.
He welcomes opportunities to mentor individuals, whether in the fields of geosciences or entrepreneurship. Dr. Jan also worked as a university professor in Pakistan and Canada for 20 years and has a strong track record in securing research funding, proposal writing, industry collaboration, business development, and sustainability.
His cross-continental experience—spanning the Gulf region, Europe/UK, and North America—has enriched his understanding of diverse cultures and people, enabling him to effectively mentor youth across the world.

With hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central, wholesale sourcing, listing optimization, and inventory management, I focus on implementing data-driven strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability across major marketplaces including the USA, UK, and Europe.
I am the Founder of Ecom Avenue, an e-commerce startup dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for brands and entrepreneurs. Through Ecom Avenue, I work closely with clients to launch, manage, and scale their online businesses, ensuring compliance with marketplace policies while maximizing sales and operational efficiency.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Finance, I combine financial acumen with practical e-commerce strategies to deliver results that are both strategic and sustainable. My expertise spans Amazon wholesale and retail business development, Seller Central account management, product sourcing and supplier relationships, listing creation and optimization, inventory and supply chain management, and overall marketplace strategy and operational efficiency, enabling businesses to operate smoothly and grow profitably across international markets.
